What is a holistic health coach?

Our team holds a variety of certifications and licenses, including a Master of Science in Health Education and multiple nationally-recognized coaching certifications. Our coaches graduated from Functional Diagnostic Nutrition which is rooted in investigating hidden healing opportunities within the hormone, immune, digestion, detoxification, energy and nervous systems using functional lab testing. Working alongside the Medical Doctor at Holistically Restored, our coaches can coach clients through their healing journey using functional lab testing available as a FDN-P. We believe that the body will heal itself if given half a chance, and working with us is the chance it needs.

With us on your team, you will learn to understand your body and its functions and get to the root cause of your symptoms. Having personal experience with gut dysfunction, thyroid disease, weight management and hormonal imbalance, our team will guide you to better health through education, guidance and encouragement. Your coaching sessions will be centered around nutrition, hormone, thyroid, gut, and lifestyle education to optimize your health.
