Discovery session

The free 30 minute Discovery Session is a time for you to tell your story. The conversation is centered around your health needs and goals while focusing on stressors, lifestyle, nutrition and current health needs. Prior to your appointment, you will be asked to complete an Intake Form. Virtual and in-person appointments available.

health coaching package

This service begins after the consultation has been completed. The package includes both private and group coaching sessions for the duration of your program that occur after your initial consultation. Together with Evie, a health plan is created to meet your wellness goals. Virtual and in-person appointments available for private coaching sessions. Group coaching sessions are always virtual.

Upon completion of the package, clients may continue working with Evie on a month-by-month basis.

Maintenance check-in

This appointment is for previous clients who have completed a health coaching program with Evie 3+ months ago and are seeking a maintenance appointment to check in. This is a single appointment, not a comprehensive or detailed package.
