Healing my Stealth Infection

After recently completing several tests to find the root cause of my symptoms (fatigue, bloating, inability to lose weight, trouble getting restful sleep), I found out that I have stealth infections. A stealth infection is a bacterial or viral infection that lives in our cells and can hide from our immune system. They can be difficult to find without proper testing and difficult to treat if not done so properly.

I found out that I have some bacterial and yeast overgrowth which were contributing to my bloating and digestive issues. One of the ways that we will combat this infection is through a process called Kill Bind Sweat.

Kill Bind Sweat is a process in which the person uses herbal microbials to eradicate/kill the pathogens (bacteria or virus causing the disease), gather and prepare to move them out the body (bind), and remove them (through sweat). This process is something that should be done with guidance from a practitioner to support and educate you.

I started taking the supplements from CellCore, adjusted some lifestyle factors, and settled in for the ride. Right now, I am supposed to sweat 3-4 days/week. I usually sweat a lot while working out in our garage gym (thanks to Midwest summers), but on days that I don’t work out, I still prefer to sweat while on the protocol. That’s where sweat baths come in..

I don’t have a sauna (yet) and so working up a sweat in the bathtub is the next best thing. I heat up the water while standing in it to reduce shock factor and let it get as hot as I can tolerate. I also add some pieces of raw ginger because that will crank up the heat! I sit in the bath for about 10-15 minutes or until I start sweating.

The first time I did a sweat bath, I didn’t add ginger and I barely sweat. After trying again with ginger, I was in shock at how well the ginger worked! I felt like I was in a hot gym and had sweat dripping down my body. Again, this is something I was trying to achieve to support my body in ridding itself of the toxins.

Check out that sweat on my forehead and cheek!

The further along in the protocol I get, the more important sweating will be. Supplements will change as I progress through the protocol to clear my body of these stealth infections. I’m excited to see how this works and for my body to start to feel like itself again!
